On December 13th at approximately 8:50 p.m., in the continuation of a several month multiple burglary investigation, Cuba Police Department arrested Ashliee (Kari) Young of Black Creek. Young was charged with burglary 2nd (Felony) and criminal possession of stolen property 5th (Misdemeanor). Young was processed and released to appear at a later date. Young is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The Cuba Police Department would like to encourage any residents that feel they may have been a victim of a burglary to contact our office at 585-968-1666
