Wellsville Police arrested Justin K. Washburn, age 24 of
Belmont, charging him with Petit Larceny.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on West State Street
on June 24th. Washburn was located by
the Belmont Police Department and taken into custody. Washburn was transported to Wellsville,
processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh. Washburn was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on July 18th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Samantha L. Thompson, age 29 of
Richburg, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd),
Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Auto Accident and Moved from Lane
Unsafely. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on Park Avenue in the Village.
Thompson was issued traffic citations and released. Thompson is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on July 25th at 4:30 p.m.
