Potter County crime news

After investigating an incident in Stewardson Township Sunday, Pennsylvania State Police arrested Evan Shuler, 26, of York, PA. He was charged with

1. Felony aggravated assault
2. Marijuana possession
3. Possessing drug paraphernalia
4. Terroristic threats
5. Simple assault
6. Reckless endangerment
7. Criminal mischief
8. Harassment with physical contact

Arraigned in District Court, Shuler was remanded to the Potter County Jail with bail set at $50,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 24.

After investigating an incident in Coudersport Borough Saturday, State Police arrested Randall Duell, 46, of Coudersport. He was charged with:

Unable to post $5,000 bail, he was remanded to the Potter County Jail. A preliminary hearing will be held July 25.
