Friendship man pleads guilty to DWI charge

Dennis W. Hall, 63, of friendship, pleaded guilty in Allegany County court this week to felony driving while intoxicated. Prosecutors said Hall drove into a guard rail on Horse Run Road in Bolivar on April 8, 2016. A judge sentenced Hall to a one year condition discharge. He was also fined $1,000 and must install an ignition interlock system on his vehicle for the next three years.
