State Police on Monday arrested two people for alleged sex crimes involving a child. Police said the incident occurred in the Town of Hinsdale.
Troopers said they charged Heidi N. Edwards, 33, of Hinsdale with felony 1st degree sexual abuse involving a child under the age of 11. She was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Police also charged Richard J. Edwards, 36, of Cuba, with felony sexual conduct age a child under the age of 13.
