The following persons were arrested as a result of investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office:
Wayne L. Rinker, 30,
Webster, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a
Hypodermic Instrument and Promoting Prison Contraband 1st Degree on May 26, and
was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash bail following
arraignment. Rinker will appear in
response to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Tammy L. Thompson,
58, Farmington, NY, was charged May 29, with Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Suspended Registration and Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana. Thompson was released on an appearance ticket to
answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Timothy J. DiLiberto,
29, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested May 25, charged with Falsifying Business
Records 1st Degree and Grand Larceny 3rd Degree. DiLiberto was remanded to the
custody of the Sheriff on $5,000 cash bail following arraignment in Geneseo
Village Court. DiLiberto will return to Geneseo Village Court to respond to
charges on a later date.
Bradlee R. Redman,
24, Hemlock, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd
Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Harassment 2nd Degree and three counts of
Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Redman was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash bail and will return to Livonia Town
Court to address charges on a later date.
Joshua J. George, 34,
Dansville, NY, was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree on May 27, and
will appear in response to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Anthony P.
Blavesciunas, 47, Rochester, NY, was arrested May 26, charged with Felony
Driving While Intoxicated, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Moving
from Lane Unsafely and Speeding.
Following arraignment in Lima Town Court, Blavesciunas was remanded to
the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 property bond and
will return to Lima Town Court to satisfy charges on a later date.
Lee M. Gray, 36,
Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree and Speeding on May 27, and was released on an appearance
ticket to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Matthew F. Coon, 38, Nunda, NY, was arrested May 30, charged
with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree, Harassment 2nd Degree and two counts of
Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Coon
will appear in response to charges in Nunda Town Court on a later date.
Carrie A. Reynolds,
40, Geneseo, NY, was charged May 31, with Menacing 2nd Degree, Harassment
2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Following arraignment in Groveland Town
Court, Reynolds was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash
bail. Reynolds will return to Groveland
Town Court to answer charges on a later date. Morgan D. White, 35, Geneseo, NY,
was charged with Harassment 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child
as a result of the same incident and will also address charges on Groveland
Town Court on a later date.
Karen D. Snoddy, 60,
Nunda, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and
Following Too Closely on May 30. Snoddy
will respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Terry W. Hawk, 67,
Scottsville, NY, was cited May 26, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of
a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust. Hawk will answer charges in Avon Town Court
on a later date.
James P. Rowe, 54,
Savona, NY, was charged May 27, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Visibility Distorted by
Broken Glass and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in
Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Luis A. Santos, 22,
Avon, NY, was charged May 31, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and
was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Avon Village
Court on a later date.
Justin A. Stensrud,
33, Palmyra, NY, was arrested May 26, charged with Driving While
Intoxicated, Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Driving While Ability
Impaired-Drugs and Alcohol, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th
Degree, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Unlicensed Operator and
No/Inadequate Muffler. Following
arraignment in Avon Town Court, Stensrud was remanded to the Livingston County
Jail on $2,500 cash bail. Stensrud will
return to Avon Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Donna L. Austin, 50,
Scottsville, NY, was arrested May 28, charged with Driving While
Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% of Greater and Speeding. Austin will answer charges in Geneseo Town
Court on a later date.
Jeffrey L. Johnson,
23, Fairport, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator on May 31, and was released on
an appearance ticket to resolve charges in York Town Court on a later date.
Sabrina C. Harris,
47, Rochester, NY, was charged May 31, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Muffler.
Harris was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Caledonia
Town Court on a later date.
