Lawrence Clincy, 49, Rochester, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Speeding on April 28, and will report to York Town Court to answer
charges on a later date.
Anthony B. Bertini, 24, Conesus, NY, was charged April 28,
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and
Unlicensed Operator. Bertini will
respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Madison F. Miller, 21, Rochester, NY, was cited April 22,
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and was
released on an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a
later date.
Ethel M. Lovering, 55, Lakeville, NY, was arrested April 29,
charged with Harassment 2nd Degree.
Lovering was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in
Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Gary E. Pascalar, 57, Lakeville, NY, was charged with
Harassment 2nd Degree on April 29, and was released on an appearance ticket to
respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
James W. Stiner, 37, Lakeville, NY, was arrested and charged
with Harassment 2nd Degree on April 30, and was released on an appearance
ticket to appear in response to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Louis M. Coleman, 44, Mt. Morris, NY, was cited for Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Driver View Obstructed on April 27. Coleman will address charges in Avon Town
Court on a later date.
Robert H. Loveland, 36, Springwater, NY, was arrested April
26, charged with Menacing 2nd Degree.
Following arraignment in Springwater Town Court, Loveland was remanded
to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000 cash bail and will return to
Springwater Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Marcquis S. Bradley, 35, Elmira, NY, was charged May 1, with
Aggravated unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed
Operator and was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Avon
Town Court on a later date.
Eric J. Carney, 52, Mt. Morris, NY, was cited for Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and
Failure to Yield Right of Way for a Stopped Emergency Vehicle on April 30. Carney will address charges in Avon Town
Court on a later date.
Dale C. Vanskiver, 55, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested April
30, charged with Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. Vanskiver will answer charges in Avon Town
Court on a later date.
Nicholas E. Wagner, 28, Conesus, NY, was arrested and
charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated,
Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer
(pre-screen) Test. Wagner will report to
Conesus Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Ricky L. Piper, 31, Wayland, was charged May 3, with
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Failure to Yield Right of Way for a
Stopped Emergency Vehicle. Piper was
released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on
a later date.
Tyler J. Lytle, 19, Heuvelton, NY, was cited for Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in
response to charges in West Sparta Town Court on a later date.
Dakota A. Wright, 19, Piffard, NY, was charged April 30,
with Harassment 2nd Degree and will answer charges in York Town Court on a
later date.
Kaleb Q. Borgus, 23, Dalton, NY, was arrested May 3, charged
with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree and Harassment 2nd Degree. Borgus will respond to charges in Livingston
County Court on a later date.
James S. Rathbun, 54, Naples, NY, was arrested and charged
with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and
Failure to Keep Right on May 2.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Rathbun was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. Rathbun will return to Livonia Town Court to
answer charges on a later date.
