Press release:
Today at about 1:00 .p.m Cuba Police arrested Lamara L. Shattuck, 30, of Cuba. Shattuck was charged with 4 counts of criminal diversion of prescription medications 4th degree (misd) , 4 counts of Criminal sale of controlled substance 5th (felony), 4 counts of endangering the welfare of a child (misd). Shattuck was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 bail. Shattuck is presumed innocent until proven guilt by a court of law.
