Livingston County Sheriff's Blotter - Released May 22, 2017

The following persons were arrested as a result of investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office:

Cecely A. Lozano, 27, Williamsport, PA, was charged May 13, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No Insurance.  Lozano was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Deonne M. Brown, 39, Holley, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator on May 12.  Brown was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Cuneyt Yesilcay, 40, Fair Lawn, NJ, was charged May 11, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and Speeding and was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Kenneth Jackson, 56, Oakfield, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree on May 11, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Andrew W. Lesio, 55, Bloomfield, NY, was arrested May 12, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninspected Motor Vehicle and No/Inadequate Muffler.  Lesio was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Franklin D. Rorick, Jr., 46, Dansville, NY, was charged May 13, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.  Rorick will address charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date.

Susan E. King, 43, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, False Inspection Sticker and Uninspected Motor Vehicle on May 12.  King will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Jeffrey J. Walker, Jr., 20, Livonia, NY, was arrested May 14, charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree and on May 15, was charged with Criminal Purchase or Disposal of a Weapon and an additional charge of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree.  Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Walker was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 property bond.  Walker will return to Livonia Town Court in response to charges on a later date.

Tonya L. Kellom, 42, Rochester, NY, was charged May 15, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator.  Kellom will address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Shawn M. Cline, 41, Almond, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Driver View Obstructed on May 15.  Cline will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Richard F. Rawleigh, 49, Piffard, NY, was arrested May 13, charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and one count each of Harassment 2nd Degree and Assault 3rd Degree.  Following arraignment in York Town Court, Rawleigh was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000 cash bail.  Rawleigh will return to York Town Court in response to charges on a later date.

Francesca C. Swink, 28, Nunda, NY, was charged May 15, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.  Swink will answer charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Jonathan d. Sick, 29, Arkport, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument on May 17.  Sick will address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Kevin A. Vinci, 19, Geneseo, NY, and Liam O. Clements, 20, Livonia, NY, were cited May 14, with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21 Years of Age and were released on appearance tickets to respond to charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date.

James M. Kearney, 49, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Operating a Motor Vehicle Out of Class on May 12.  Kearney will appear in answer to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
