Shinglehouse man avoids injury in crash

Pennsylvania troopers investigated a one vehicle crash at 7:30 a.m. Sunday on State Route 446 in Eldred. Police said Joshua J. Kidd, age 38 of Shinglehouse apparently fell asleep at the wheel. The vehicle then crossed the highway and struck the guard rail. Troopers did not say if tickets were issued. Kidd was not hurt.
