The Olean Police Departments Criminal Investigation Unit has
made an arrest in connection with the missing person case of Karen Peer. 61-year-old
Francis O’Donnell of 132 N. Union St. apartment 212 was charged Monday with
Kidnapping in the 2nd degree, a B Felony. Karen Peer was located at the Olean
General Hospital yesterday morning. O’Donnell is currently in City lock up and
will be arraigned this morning. Captain Robert Blovsky said more charges are
pending regarding this incident.
