Wellsville Police
arrested Lisa M. Smith, age 58 of Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd
(Violation), Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor) and
Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor).
The charges stem from an incident that took place on Sunnydale
Avenue. Smith was processed and
transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Smith is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Mitchell D.P. Gavin, age 30 of Andover, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle (Infraction). The charge stems from an incident that took place in the Municipal Parking Lot. Gavin was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Gavin is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 17th at 4:30 pm.
