Today Officers from the Allegany County Probation Department confiscated the following: 5 cell phones, 1 tablet, 1 wifi hotspot, 9 knives, 1 sword, and a bb gun pistol. These Officers were out conducting State required quarterly address verifications on sex offenders. All items seized are in direct violation of the probationers conditions of Probation.Officers from our Department are out several times a week conducting compliance checks on individuals sentence to probation.
