New York State Police Blotter
8/1/24 2:28 p.m.- Following an incident on July 19th
in the town of Willing, state police arrested Thomas P. Lopez, 72, of
Wellsville. He was charged by troopers with second-degree reckless
endangerment, a class A misdemeanor. An investigation continues and Lopez will
appear in court at a later date.
8/1/24 7:54 p.m.- State Police arrested Thomas J.
Humphrey, 32, of Belfast. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle:
Temporary Custody-no consent. According to the blotter, he was held-no bail.
