Cuba Police level multiple charges against barricaded Wellsville man

On March 4th 2024, at approximately 3:03PM, following a report of a domestic dispute and barricaded subject, Cuba Police arrested Jason T. Hunt (42) of Wellsville, NY. Hunt was arrested on charges of harassment 2nd (Violation), criminal mischief 4th - disabling equipment to prevent a request for help (Misdemeanor), menacing 3rd (Misdemeanor), criminal obstruction of breathing (Misdemeanor) and unlawful imprisonment (Misdemeanor). Hunt was processed, placed in front of a judge and released to appear at a later date. Hunt is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
