1/7/24 1:01 p.m.-domestic dispute: Amity-based state police
arrested Dillon S. Ayers, 28, of Wellsville. He was charged with unauthorized
use of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief following an incident in the town
of Friendship. He was detained.
1/7/24 4:40 p.m. – assault: After investigating an incident
in the village of Canaseraga, state police arrested 32-year-old Melchizedek P.
Rogers of Rochester. The charges included felony assault with serious physical
injury and endangering the welfare of a child. The suspect was released pending
court action.
1/8/24 12:16 a.m.: Three men face criminal charges following
an incident in the village of Belmont. Troopers charged Derick J. Blake,42, of
Belmont with unlawful possession of radio devices; Jonathan F. Kane, 47, of
ward with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and
29-year-old Andrew E. Fuller of Allentown with criminal use of drug
paraphernalia (scales). Court action is pending.
