State Police arrested a Hornell man Tuesday afternoon
related to a fatal crash August 6, 2023 in Avoca. 26-year-old Michael S.
Eldridge was charged with four felonies to include assault causing injury thru
risk of death, two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, vehicular
manslaughter and manslaughter-recklessly causing death. He was also charged
with two lesser counts of assault. He was ordered detained.
