New York State Police Blotter
1/24/24 12:24 a.m.- After investigating and incident
in Richburg, state police arrested Kyle H. Lunn, 27, of Bolivar. He was charged
with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was processed and
released on an appearance ticket for court.
1/24/24 1:58 p.m.- State Police arrested Randa J.
Young, 32, of Independence. Young was charged with second-degree criminal
contempt. Bail was set at $1,000.
1/24/24 10 a.m.- State Police arrested Emmanuel L.
Jenkins, 37, of Attica. He was charged with five felony counts to include
first-degree rape with forcible compulsion, assault while confined in a
correctional facility, criminal mischief, first-degree robbery using a
dangerous instrument and criminal possession of a weapon.
