On January 23rd, 2024 at approximately 10:48AM, Cuba Police arrested Eric J. Halbert, 35, of Franklinville. Halbert was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without insurance (Violation), circumventing an interlock system (Misdemeanor), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Halbert was issued citations and released to appear at a later date. Halbert is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
