On January 28th, 2024 at approximately 11:44PM, Cuba Police arrested Katherine M. Loomis (35) of Cuba, NY. Loomis was arrested on an active bench warrant issued from the Cuba Town Court and a warrant issued from Allegany County Probation. Loomis was processed, placed in front of a judge and sent to the Allegany County Jail on a warrant for violation of probation. Loomis is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The Cuba Police Department was assisted by the New York State Police and the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.
