Wellsville Police
arrested Brandon J. Spohn, age 23 of Belmont, charging him with Grand Larceny 3rd
(Class D Felony) and 10 Counts of Falsifying Business Records 1st
(Class E Felony). The charges stem from
an investigation into thefts that took place at the Marathon on North Main
Street between July of 2023 and August of 2023.
Spohn was processed and arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice
Graves. Spohn was released and is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on February 6th at 4:30 pm.
