1/18/24 6:52 p.m.: Amity-based troopers arrested Corey W.
Bilby, 36, of Scio. He was charged with two felony counts of third-degree grand
larceny and a single felony county of second-degree burglary of a dwelling. The
incident happened in the Town of Wellsville and was reported January3, 2024.
1/18/24 10:25 a.m.: Olean-based state police arrested Corey
W. Bilby, 36, of Scio. He was charged with felony burglary for an alleged
incident October 5, 2023 in the Town of Allegany. He was released on his own
recognizance.
1/18/24 5:40 p.m.: State police in Steuben County arrested
19-year-old Shaman M. Swenor, 19, of Campbell. He was charged with first-degree
unlawfully dealing with a child (alcohol), endangering the welfare of a child
(non-domestic) and criminal contempt (disobeying a court order). The charges
stem from an incident reported January3rd in the Town of Campbell. Swenor was
issued a court appearance ticket and released.
