1/15/24 10:34p.m.: Amity-based troopers arrested Christopher
D. Vargas, 25, of Wellsville after investigating a domestic dispute. Vargas was
charged with criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, both
misdemeanor counts. Court action is pending.
