Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on December 15, 2020, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua J. Groves, age 34, of County Route 60, Greenwood, New York, following an investigation into a reported domestic incident at a residence on County Route 60, Greenwood, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Groves struck two family members and damaged property in the residence. Mr. Groves was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree. Mr. Groves was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
