Due to the current outbreak of COVID, the Village of Andover office will be closed to the public effective today 12/9/2020 at 4:30p.m. until further notice. Utility payments can be made online though the Village web site www.andoverny.org or left in the night deposit box next to the Village Office door. If you need to speak with the village clerk you can call the office at (607)478-8455.
