Wellsville Police
arrested Samuel L. Ayers, 30, of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal
Mischief 4th. The charge
stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street in the Village.
Ayers was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Ayers is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on November 24th at 4:30 p.m.
