An angry backlash continues after word broke this week that the Wreaths Across America event at the Bath National Cemetery has been canceled for this year. Yes, another apparent victim of COVID-19. The Bath event committee issued a statement saying, in part, they deeply regret having to make this decision, but they determined that they could not implement sufficient controls to mitigate the risks. All wreaths sponsored for this year will be forwarded to next year’s event.
