Portville man charged in Thanksgiving Day domestic dispute

Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported domestic disturbance call at 9:37 a.m. Thursday at 1771 S. Happy Hollow Road in the Town of Portville. As a result, deputies arrested 29-year-old Ryen Tyler Putt. He was charged with felony criminal mischief, felony first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a weapon. Putt was arraigned and released under supervision and an order of protection was issued for the victim. He'll return to court at a later date.
