Rachel was a former resident of York, PA where she graduated from Northeastern High School.
Rachel is survived by three children; her mother, Sarah Swisher; two sisters, Josephine and Erin Swisher; her maternal grandmother; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, paternal grandparents Franklin and Nelda "Tobey" Swisher; maternal grandfather F. David Hart.
