The fourth-year students in the Architecture program at Alfred State will present a short-, intermediate-, and long-term vision for the future development of several areas of focus within the Town of Caneadea.

 The overall project area under consideration includes the hamlets of Oramel, Caneadea and Houghton, as well as a portion of the Rushford Lake Recreation District.  The Community Visualization Study was based on the Town of Caneadea Comprehensive Plan, and features suggested improvements to New York State Route 19, Genesee Valley Greenway trailheads and crossings, Genesee River access points, Caneadea Dam Park, and the East Hill Road bridge.
