In the United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 6.79 million people, and there have been over 199,000 deaths. According to the New York State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker, there have been 449,038 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there have been 25,425 deaths statewide. As of 12:30 a.m. on September 20, Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:

Confirmed Cases: 102

Recovered Cases: 97

COVID-19 Related Deaths: 1

Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 1,448

Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 1,278

Currently Quarantined/Isolated: 170

Precautionary Travel Quarantines to Date: 869

Total COVID-19 Antibody Tests Given: 753

Total COVID-19 Antibody Positives: 35
