United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 6.79 million
people, and there have been over 199,000 deaths. According to the New York
State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker, there have been 449,038 confirmed
COVID-19 cases, and there have been 25,425 deaths statewide. As of 12:30 a.m.
on September 20, Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:
