Wellsville Police arrested Luis A. Fernandez, age 36 of
Alma, charging him with Tampering with Physical Evidence (Class E Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Fernandez was processed and arraigned.
Fernandez was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,500.00 cash
bail or $3,000.00 property bond.
Fernandez is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at
4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Roy W. Austin, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with a Violation of Probation. Austin was processed and committed to the
Allegany County Jail without bail.
Austin is due to be arraigned in Allegany County Court at a later date. Additional charges are pending.
