Livingston County District Attorney Report

After presentation by Joshua J. Tonra, Assistant District Attorney, the following cases were handled in the Livingston County Court before the Honorable Robert B. Wiggins on August 7, 2018.

JUAN R. BAEZ, age 48, of Mt. Morris, charged with 5 counts of Criminal Sale Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony) and 5 counts of Criminal Possession Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to September 11, 2018.
 
BAILEE J. BORDEN, age 22, of Nunda, charged with Criminal Sale Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony) and Criminal Possession Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to October 2, 2018.
 
ERICA CRESPO, age 28, of Mt. Morris, charged with Criminal Sale Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony) and Criminal Possession Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to September 11, 2018.
 
JOSE L. CRUZ SOTO, age 39, of Mt. Morris, charged with 3 counts of Criminal Sale Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony) and 3 counts of Criminal Possession Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to September 11, 2018.
 
JUSTIN M. GLEDHILL, age 21, of Mt. Morris, charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (E Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 14, 2018.
 
WAYNE G. JOHNSON, age 34, of Dansville pled guilty to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (D Felony) and the matter was adjourned to October 2, 2018 for sentencing. He was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.
 
JANELLE M. JONES, age 27, of Livonia, charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony), 20 counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (E Felony) and a violation of probation, appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 21, 2018.
 
SEAN M. KOHLMEIER, age 31, of Hunt was sentenced on a conviction of Attempted Burglary in the Second Degree (D Felony) to 1 year in the Livingston County Jail. He was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.
 
FRANK J. MULLEY, age 54, of Leicester pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony) and the matter was adjourned to October 2, 2018 for sentencing. He was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.
 
ANTONIO M. PADRON-RODRIGUEZ, JR., age 31, of Mt. Morris pled guilty to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (D Felony) and the matter was adjourned to October 2, 2018 for sentencing. He was remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.
 
JENIFER L. REDDING, age 40, of Livonia was charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (E Felony) and Burglary in the Third Degree (D Felony). She was arraigned with her attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to October 2, 2018.
 
SHAWN D. SEMPLE, age 37, of Hornell was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (E Felony) and Inadequate Exhaust. He was arraigned with his attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to September 11, 2018.
 
JAMEHR D. SMALL, age 22, formerly of Livingston Correctional Facility was sentenced on a conviction of Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree (E Felony) to 1 1/2 to 3 years in state prison as a second felony offender. He was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.
 
ANTHONY J. L. SMITH, age 28, of Dansville, charged with Burglary in the Second Degree (C Felony) and Petit Larceny, appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 27, 2018 for trial.
 
HOLLIE A. TAFT, age 35, of Dansville was sentenced on a conviction of Attempted Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree (Misdemeanor) to 3 years probation. She was also ordered to pay a $200 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.
 
JOHN W. WASHBURN, III., age 31, of Rochester, charged with Robbery in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 27, 2018 for trial.
 
JORDAN S. VAN HOUTER, age 22, of Rochester, charged with Burglary in the Third Degree (D Felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property Third Degree (D Felony), Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (Misdemeanor) and Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to September 4, 2018.
