Wellsville Police arrested Allen L. Morris Jr., age 30 of
Scio, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Consumption of Alcohol
in a Motor Vehicle and No Stopping/Standing/Parking on a Highway. The charges stem from a traffic stop on State
Rte. 19 in the Village of Wellsville.
Morris was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a
third party. Morris is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on July 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Tyler W. Cowburn, age 24 of Andover,
charging him with DWI and moved from lane unsafely. The charges stem from a traffic accident on
East State Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Cowburn was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a
third party. Cowburn is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on August 21st at 4:30 p.m.
