Willard, 88, of Olean, NY, died Friday, July 20, 2018 in Olean General Hospital.  Born June 30, 1930, in Wellsville, she was the daughter of Edward and Sadie Jones.  Private burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellsville.
