Wellsville Police arrested Justin E. Thorpe, age 33 of Alma,
charging him with Harassment 2nd. The
charge stems from an incident that took place on July 7th. Thorpe was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Thorpe pled guilty to the charge and was
released.
