Wellsville Police arrested Robert A. Reinprecht, age 65 of
Scio, charging him with two counts of Public Lewdness and two counts of
Disorderly Conduct. The charges stem
from two complaints made from local business’s on July 21st on the Bolivar Road
and July 24th on Park Avenue. Reinprecht
was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice
Walsh. Reinprecht was released under the
supervision of the Allegany County Probation Department. Reinprecht is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on August 21st at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Danielle D. Middaugh, age 43 of
Wellsville, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd), No
Seat Belt and Failure to Notify DMV of Address Change. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North
Main Street in the Village. Middaugh was
issued traffic citations and released.
Middaugh is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 21st at
4:30 p.m.
