Wellsville Police arrested Patricia L. Durgan, age 51 of
Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Mischief 4th, Reckless Endangerment 2nd
and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Auto Accident. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Howard Street in the Village of Wellsville. Durgan was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Durgan is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 19th at 4:30 p.m.
