Hornell Maple City Barbershop Chorus comes to Alfred-Almond school

The Hornell Maple City Barbershop Chorus is celebrating its 50th Anniversary with two BIG Shows on Saturday, June 9.
Both shows are at the Alfred Almond Central School auditorium.
The Matinee Show is at 1 p.m. and will include performances by; the Crystal Chords women's chorus from Horseheads, the Allegany Good Time Singers from Coudersport PA, the Enchanted Mountain Chorus from Olean, and the Maple City Barbershop Chorus. Quartets will perform, and the feature foursome will be Signature Quartet from Florida. Signature is the current International Silver Medalist, vying for Gold in July. The Signature Baritone is sung by Matt Clancy, Alfred Almond alumni.

The evening show is at 7 p.m. and will include performances by; the Chorus of the Genesee from Rochester (Sponsoring Chapter for Hornell, 50 years ago), and the Maple City Barbershop Chorus. Quartets will include ZEST from Horseheads, Rusty Pickups from Hornell, with Signature Quartet bringing the house down again.
