Wellsville Police arrested Stacey L. Gould, age 53 of
Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Pearl Street
on January 24th. Gould was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Gould was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jason C. Middaugh, age 33 of Wellsville, for
failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine.
Middaugh was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge
O’Connor. Middaugh paid his fine of
$170.00 in full and was released.
