Wellsville Police arrested Shane A. Hunt, age 37 of
Wellsville, charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Hunt was also issued a traffic citation for front
seat passenger less than 4/No or Improper Restraint. The charges stem from a complaint on the
Bolivar Road in the Village of Wellsville.
Hunt was issued an appearance ticket and released. Hunt is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Lawrence C. Haxton III, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd) and
Speed in Zone. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on South Brooklyn Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. Haxton was issued traffic citations and
released. Haxton is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Lois K. Russell, age 55 of Olean,
charging her with Making a Punishable False Written Statement. Russell was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Russell was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.
