On Friday February 17th, 2018 at approximately 3:00 p.m., Cuba Police arrested Addison L. Tripp, 20, no current address. Tripp was arrested for harassment 2nd physical contact, after he allegedly made unwanted physical contact with a 79- year-old victim while at an apartment complex in the Village. Tripp was processed and given an appearance ticket to appear in Cuba Town Court at a later date. Tripp is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
