On Wednesday February 21st, 2018 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Kaleb B. Thomas (26) of Cuba. Thomas was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana (violation) and criminal possession of controlled substance (misdemeanor). Thomas was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Thomas is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
