Wellsville Police arrested James D. Fuller, age 51 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on Seneca Street in
the Village. Fuller was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Fuller was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on March 13th at 4:30 p.m.
