The meal will follow the 11 a.m. morning worship service at Knights Creek Evangelical Methodist Church, 2987 Knights Creek Road (County Road 9), with a dish-to-pass or dessert being welcome.
The service will feature the music ministry team of The Escribans, a Venezuelan family now residing in the United States, along with David Peralta, a music professor who plays the viola for the Venezuelan National Symphony Orchestra.
The church, which describes itself as the County Church with the Heart of Christ, also holds a 6 p.m. service on Sundays, a Bible study at 6 p.m. Wednesdays, community prayer from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. weekdays, and Celebrate Recovery/Celebrate Victory from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays for individuals struggling with any type of hurt, hangup or struggle.
