WELLSVILLE - Rita Insley, of 354 South Main St., passed away peacefully at home on Saturday (Jan. 13, 2018) surrounded by her family.
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday, Jan. 16 from 4 to 7 p.m., at the J. W. Embser Sons Funeral Home Inc. in Wellsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Jan. 17 at 11 a.m., in the Immaculate Conception Church in Wellsville.
