Cuba Police Department Press Release

On December 12th , 2017 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Justin Mooney, 31, of West Clarksville. Mooney was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (Misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument (Misdemeanor). Mooney was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Mooney is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
