Troopers investigating a physical altercation at the Allegany Memorial Speedway on October 7th in the Town of Scio arrested Walsh. Walsh allegedly struck another man mulitple times causing him to become unconscious. He was transported to SP Amity for processing and was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Scio Court on 10/17/2017 at 7:00 p.m.
