10/20/17 2:03pm- State Police responded to Higby Road in Clarksville and arrested a name-protected 18-year-old lad from Cuba. The teenager was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC above .08%, unsafe backing, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely. He was released on tickets for court.
10/20/17 2:11pm- State police arrested an Olean woman after a crash along I-86 in the Town of Friendship. Michelle L. Miko, 48, sustained an apparent injury and was transported to Jones Memorial Hospital. Troopers charged her with driving while intoxicated.
