PRESS RELEASEOn 10/9/2017, Troopers arrested Liam D. Kelly, 35 of Angelica, NY, for felony criminal mischief 3rd, criminal mischief 4th, and aggravated harassment 2nd.On October 8th, 2017, Troopers responded to a report of a domestic incident in the Town of Birdsall. Subsequent to the investigation, Troopers arrested Kelly on 10/9 for Criminal Mischief 4th for allegedly damaging a cellular phone, Criminal Mischief 3rd for allegedly damaging windows on a motor vehicle, and aggravated harassment 2nd for repeated unwanted telephone calls. He was transported to SP Amity for processing and arraigned before the Town of Granger Court. He was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash/$50,000 bond and is due in the Town of Granger Court for a Felony Hearing on 10/11/2017 at 11:00 a.m.
